Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because most of our products are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, our refund policy works a little differently from off-the-shelf retail.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• You can cancel or modify your order free of charge before you approve the digital pre-flight proof.
• Once you approve the proof and production begins, the order enters manufacturing and cannot be cancelled, since materials are cut and printed specifically for your order.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

We will provide a free reprint or full refund if:

• Your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (print quality, colour accuracy, material fault).
• The product delivered does not match the approved proof (wrong size, wrong quantity, wrong specification on our end).
• Your order arrives damaged in transit.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED

• Errors in artwork, spelling, or design that you approved in the proof — please review proofs carefully before approving.
• Minor, expected variations in colour between screen and print.
• Delays caused by courier partners once your order has been correctly dispatched.

REFUND TIMELINES

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
