DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are manufactured to your specifications after artwork approval. Standard production time is 1–3 business days. You'll receive a digital pre-flight proof for approval before production begins — production time starts only after you approve the proof.

DELIVERY COVERAGE

We deliver pan-India via Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC. Delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 5–6 business days
• Other cities/towns: 7–8 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 9–10 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard doorstep delivery is free across India on all standard catalog orders placed through brandlabels.in with zero hidden freight fees. If you request priority expedited air-cargo shipping for urgent deadlines, freight is calculated and quoted upon request before dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to follow your shipment.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at marvelsalesindia@gmail.com or +91 70066 42404, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
