Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of brandlabels.in and any order placed with Brand Labels (a unit of Marvel Sales), registered at Plot No: 9, Ghulamichak, Raniitpur, Camp Road, Talab Tillo, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir - 180002, India.

1. ORDERS AND QUOTATIONS

Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may vary based on your final specifications (size, material, quantity, finish). A final price will be confirmed before you make payment.

2. ARTWORK AND PROOFS

You are responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, text, and design files you submit. We provide a digital pre-flight proof before production; production begins only after your written approval. Once approved, you are responsible for any errors contained in the proof.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission to use it, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from content you submit for printing.

4. PAYMENT

Full or partial payment (as agreed at checkout) is required before production begins. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS).

5. DELIVERY

See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for dispatch and delivery terms. Risk in the goods passes to you once handed to the courier partner; we insure shipments to protect against loss or damage in transit.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost business) arising from a delayed or defective delivery.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
